The Five Keys to Successful Real Estate Investing

My vision for this mentorship program is simple, proven and effective to help you build a real estate business of buying and selling several houses per month, earning six figure in profit annually, while working fewer than 20 hours a week.

In my seven years of coaching, every single one of my students has gone on to make at least $1 million dollars within three years, the same time it took me to make my first million. Unlike other real estate "guru's", I don't work with the masses. I only work with 12 people at a time.

We work closely as a team for 12 full weeks. I not only will guide you through a process that has you overcome fear, but I will help you develop daily habits of taking focused action toward your goal of success in Real Estate. Also, I will help you build, step-by-step, a turnkey investing business that will require no more than 10-20 hours per week of your time.

The first two weeks of the course will focus on the psychology of success: building the emotional muscle that moves you beyond your fears. The next 10 weeks will then focus on the 5 Key Outcomes of running a successful real estate business, which include:

   2. Owner Financing - the seller has equity in the property and agrees to accept a small down payment and the balance of their equity in monthly installments
   3. Lease/Options - the seller agrees to lease the house with a right to buy
   4. Straight Option - a price for the home is agreed upon, and the buyer has a pre-determined amount of time to buy the house for that amount

As I continue my journey and learn more about the human psyche, I begin to see why so many well-meaning investing trainers and coaches are missing the mark. They fill up the seats with eager, well-intentioned people and fill their minds with tons of information about "what to do." The teachers themselves live from Intention, not fear, but they fail to grasp that the vast majority of their students will not take the steps that they are teaching. 

The simple truth is that most of us don't need more "what to do's" to become wealthy in this business. We need a mentor who will help us get past our fears; to help us put all the missing pieces together of how to successfully invest in real estate. I have come to realize that my value and uniqueness within our industry is that I coach the "inner game" AND THEN guide my students through every step of building a successful investing business. People need both a Mentor and a Coach. 

A mentor sees the good in us and uses their wisdom and experience to help us out of the woods and show us what to do. A coach gives us the encouragement and provides accountability to make sure we do all the work we need to do.
