The Five Keys to Successful Real Estate Investing

I have created a 12-week self-study program, based upon my Live Mentorship Program, that is designed to help you build - step by step - a real estate investing business that buys and sells a minimum of 25 houses per year, earning $500,000 in profit, while working fewer than 20 hours a week

Just like members of my live mentorship groups, you will receive the same 500 page training manual and materials, and over a 12-week period you will receive the actual audio recordings of a previous live mentorship program.

The first two weeks of the course will focus on the psychology of success: building the emotional muscle that moves you beyond your fears. The next 10 weeks will then focus on the 5 Key Outcomes of running a successful real estate business, which include:

   4. Owner Financing - the seller has equity in the property and agrees to accept a small down payment and the balance of their equity in monthly installments
   5. Lease/Options - the seller agrees to lease the house with a right to buy
   6. Straight Option - a price for the home is agreed upon, and the buyer has a pre-determined amount of time to buy the house for that amount
