Isn't investing in real estate risky?
There's only two ways to put yourself at risk: Investing your own money or borrowing on bank loans with your personal credit to buy houses. However, all of our strategies eliminate the need for using your own money or taking a loan; you are shielded from any risks:

Don't I need large sums of money to start investing?
No. See answer above.
What happens if the economy takes a downturn? Do I lose everything?
The beauty of this business model is that it's shielded from any upswings or downturns of the economy. Because you buy and then sell a property so quickly, you aren't exposed to property values plummeting in a downturn. Our system only allows you to purchase a property for 65% (or less) than the current market price. You will then sell the property at (or under) current market value and pocket the profit. This is why you will receive (and sort through) many leads using our marketing system to find the diamonds in the rough.
Will I have to become a landlord to collect rent and manage properties?
No. Our business model facilitates the buying and selling of homes quickly; not holding onto properties.
Is this similar to flipping houses?
It is flipping houses. You will be buying with the intent to sell fast.
Is "flipping" illegal?
Absolutely not! It is 100% legal to buy anything and resell it at a price higher than what you paid.
"Flipping"---in some instances---has earned a bad rap because of the disgusting (and illegal) behaviors of a small percentage of dishonest investors. These bad apples were in the business of defrauding by buying junk property and bribe someone to provide an inflated appraisal valuation. They would then sell the property to an unsophisticated investor and pocket the ill-gotten gains. This is not how we teach people to conduct business!
What makes Tim Taylor different than the other investor "experts" I see on television?
The rest sell programs to the masses. Anyone that ponies up the money is a prospect for them; they want sheer numbers and will sell their products to everyone. Tim works only with small groups of people in each class. He teaches by having them learn by doing. Also, he's accessible by cell phone to all his students during their period of mentorship.
That is his success ratio?
100% for every single person that runs the business once it's built.
How much is my investment?
Less than the cost of one typical deal; and our successful students usually have a deal completed at the end of the 90-day training. So, from their perspective, their initial investment gets returned immediately!
