    Hi Tim,
I enjoyed the vidieo. Couple of questions?
    1. does this 65% referr to a complete rehab as well as some alterations?
    2.Is there any distinction between
what amount of fixing up is needed?

    Thanks,
    Debbie Potts

  2. Tim Taylor Says:

    Hi Deborah,

The 65% is the factor that you use if you are completely rehabbing the home to pristine condition.

If you have any other questions please let me know.

    Tim
