I find that a classified ad and a sign in the yard are still the most effective ads for me. The voicemail box is an excellent idea as well. Also, look for a company in your area who can service your owner finance notes for you and report your buyer’s payments to the credit bureaus to boost their credit. Once they qualify for FHA, refinance and get your payoff. And get a downpaymnet, of course.

Hello Tim and staff I have a question not to offend but for information, (if you dont ask then you dont receive)

In your article you said The bottom line is that I’m already a millionaire many times over. I
don’t need a couple thousand bucks from you to enrich my life. What I want is
for you to become wealthy, happy, and prepared to enjoy life (as I do).

My question is do you take a small % of students entering a 12 week session on scholarship and if so what makes a person eligible to apply? I ask because Ive seen this done by only one other expert in the field of marketing. Thank You
