When I entered into real estate investing business in 1995, I mentored directly under the most successful investor in Ohio. Under his direction, my net worth grew to $1,450,000 in just 36 months. I continued working our plan and I retired in 2004 at the age of 39.

After retiring, I decided to become a coach and mentor to other investors. Using my systems, advice and leadership, every single one of my clients also became millionaires within 3 years.

I’m focused on providing you with strong leadership, proven systems and helping you craft your individual Action Plan. You will then become accountable to me for taking daily steps that move you toward your goals.

I walk my own talk. In other parts of this site, you will learn more about my story and my accomplishments. I asked my current business coach to write the copy; I don't enjoy tooting my own horn.

You may find it important to learn that I have studied under Tony Robbins, Jack Canfield, Robert Kiyosaki, Robert Allen, Ron LeGrand... and many other masters.

Certainly, it's not for the money. I'm kicking back, living on the ocean and I drive a car that costs more than the average American home. I'm not bragging; just letting you know that I've already figured out how to earn vast amounts of money.

Robert Kiyosaki flew me to his home town and interviewed me for his television show.

Ron LeGrand asked me to share my story with his audience about how I sold 13 homes in one month.

I've been on television, stood on stages and have learned that I don't much care for fame. I get my fulfillment from having my students call and share their success stories. I get even more satisfaction when some of them decide to become teachers (helping others).
